La Dame de Pic London, the only UK outpost from Anne-Sophie Pic, has been awarded a second Michelin star, just two years after opening at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square.
Anne-Sophie celebrates her second Michelin star in London alongside Head Chef Luca Piscazzi, the kitchen team, as well as Director of Wine Jan Konetzki. Anne-Sophie and Luca both oversee the menu in the dining room at Ten Trinity Square Private Club, which is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Friday.
The most decorated Michelin-starred female chef in the world, Anne-Sophie Pic now holds eight stars across five restaurants and is the only female chef in France to hold three Michelin stars for her family restaurant, Maison Pic in Valence. As a self-educated chef, Anne-Sophie has developed her distinctive culinary style, marrying unusual flavour combinations with elegant and concise plating.
